All families in the league, whether in JAYBA or J-Hawks, are required to participate in our fundraising efforts, including our annual Raffle. The raffle tickets will be sold for the chance to win cash and other prizes. We raffle off a total of $4,000 annually, the grand prize winner is $1,000. We will have (3) $500 winners and (10) $100 winners. The raffle will take place at our end-of-year party in July. Each family is required to sell a minimum of 10 tickets at a cost of $10 per ticket, additional tickets are available for sale and we encourage everyone to sell as many as possible. The raffle ticket fundraiser is $100, per family, and is due at the time of registration.
Are you an over-achiever or just want to offer some additional support to our league? We are offering families the opportunity to sell additional tickets. We are offering prizes for if you choose to sell more than the league required minimum 10 raffle tickets. If you reach one of the ticket thresholds below, you will receive one prize for the highest ticket level you achieve. Prizes for selling additional tickets are:
Sell 10 additional tickets, receive a $25 Culver's Gift Card
Sell 20 additional tickets, receive a $50 Target Gift Card
Sell 30 additional tickets, receive a $75 Kohl's Gift Card
Sell 40 additional tickets, receive a $100 Brewer's Gift Card
NOTE: You will receive only ONE prize for the highest level of additional ticket sales achieved.
Tickets will be distributed by coaches in March or April or will be available at the concession stand throughout the season. If you would like additional tickets, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with how many additional tickets you would like to purchase.
Any prizes earned above will be distributed to qualifying families no later than September 1st, 2020.
