Roll out the barrel, we'll have a barrel of fun.

The season is here, and we are ready to play!!! This week marks the start of JAYBA games at Town Hall and the surrounding communities. If you are new to JAYBA, we host games and concessions Monday - Thursday at Town Hall. Our concession stand starts grilling at 5:00 pm, hot food and concessions available soon after 5:00 pm. We have some new menu items this year including; whole pizza's, mozzarella stix and marinara, and bacon cheeseburgers. We have a large variety of beverages, snacks, and candy - all listed at very reasonable prices. We accept both cash and credit at the stand.

Volunteers - Please check the schedule and make sure you know when you are signed up to help at the concession stand. If you have questions, please email Jamie (jamiegconnor@sbcglobal.net). We have added several concession shifts to the JAYBA Party on July 13th. If you have not signed up to volunteer and there aren't shifts still available, please talk to the coach about running the scoreboard or speak to Greg about joining the Board. All parents are required to volunteer for 6 hours. Board member kids play for FREE (raffle participation remains a requirement).

Coaches - Please arrive early to your games to make sure everything is ready to go. Umpires report at 5:30 pm, please make sure your umpire is there and ready to go, if you have issues, please email Greg (jayba.chairman@gmail.com). Please fill in batters boxes, pitching mounds, and other holes created during the game. If you have a rainout, please coordinate directly with the opposing coach to the game rescheduled, if your age level requires an umpire, please coordinate with Greg. It is a good idea to print a copy of the rules so that you have them on-hand during a game, and only the Head Coach should discuss questions with the Umpire.

Players - Please wear your complete uniform, including your hat, shirt, grey pants, and socks. Your shirt should be tucked in and clean, if possible. Please remove all trash and equipment from the bench area after each game. Do not yell or throw a fit on the fields, baseball and softball are a privilege, and poor sportsmanship is never tolerated. If you have issues or concerns with your uniform, please email Greg (jayba.chairman@gmail.com).

Parents - Please be respectful of the games being played. The players, coaches, and umpires have worked hard to get their teams organized, and the games are meant to be fun. Do not engage is yelling, profanity, or heckling of the umpires, players, or coaches. We want our community to be welcoming to other cities, and we want people to play here, please make everyone feel welcomed. When picking up or dropping off in the turnaround, please try to keep moving, remember no parking in the turnaround, handicapped accessible parking spots are reserved. If you see a fan, coach, or athlete not displaying their best side, email Greg (jayba.chairman@gmail.com).

Raffle tickets - All raffle tickets must be submitted by May 30th. If you have not picked up your raffle tickets, please retrieve them from the Concession stand. If you have sold your tickets and want to help sell more, please inquire through the concession stand or email Stacey (cuwsoccerchic13@hotmail.com).

Picture Date - Sunday, June 2nd will be the JAYBA Picture day. Pictures will be held at Town Hall Fields. I will be sending out time-slots for each team to report. Team pictures and individual pictures will take no more than 20 minutes per team. Please be on-time and wear your complete uniform for photos.

Brewers Little League Night - Milwaukee Brewers Little League night will be June 25th. Please turn in all forms to the Concession stand; forms are due by May 30th. We prefer checks, but credit cards are accepted.

JAYBA Party - The 3rd Annual celebration will occur on July 13th at 12:00 pm. We will have competitive games for all age levels. The event will include a Player Ceremony, the raffle drawing, and much more. We will have a variety of FREE games and FREE activities available for kids of all ages throughout the day. Concessions and beer will be available. Volunteers are needed, signup through the site.

If you have any other questions, concerns, or comments, please let us know. You can email me anytime, and I will do my best accommodate all requests or questions.

We will have the fields checked and groomed if playable by 4:00 pm daily. If the fields are unplayable, you will get a notification via the website about the cancellation. If you are not receiving emails now, it is unlikely you will receive these notifications either. Please change your settings to "receive notifications" in your profile. Facilities - Please do not park in the turnaround or in the handicapped accessible parking spaces. Please use the designated garbage and recycling bins. Please pick up your trash and debris after each game. The bathrooms are for our guests, if you see a problem, please let the concession stand workers know so it can be addressed. If you have an injury or someone is hurt on the property, please go to the concession stand for first aid.
