This year ALL attractions will be FREE. We will have bounce houses, barrel train rides, kids crafts, balloon animals, snow cone maker, home run derby with prizes, dunk tank (kids 12 and older can participate), bag toss tourney, water wars, & much more. Snow Cone maker and Balloon animals available for $1. TBall & Coach pitch players do not have scheduled games. We hope there will be enough fun for everyone to enjoy.
We still need volunteers for the event, shifts are 1 hour, please sign up and help us out. If you have not signed up for volunteering you will be getting a call soon to pick your shift.

Little League Night tickets are at Concession Stand NOW
Hi Jackson Baseball Families,
The Milwaukee Brewers Little League night tickets are in and are ready for pickup. All tickets will be available at the concession stand on Monday, June 17th. All tickets are paid for and ready for pickup, there will be an envelope at the concession stand with your last name on it, please have the concession worker check your name off the list, indicating you have picked up your tickets.
Please arrive at 5:15 pm to line up for the parade. The group will meet on the pedestrian bridge near the right field plaza. We will all line up there and head in once the line starts. If you arrive late and cannot find the group, please join the end of the line.
Parents - please plan to arrive early and get set up by 5:15 pm. Parking is on your own. Please plan to give your child their game ticket so that they can enter the stadium. Parents are welcome to go to the seating area and take pictures of the kids as they walk by. The seats will be in section 232, along the third base line.

The fields are prepped and the concession stand is ready. Now featuring Walking Taco's and Nacho's Grande. Enjoy all the fixings at our concession stand tonight, also featuring the all other normal menus items.
A couple of reminders, please do not park next to the pavilion, that space is reserved for handicapped parking and drop-offs only. You can park two deep on the side, please remember there a LOTS of kids so please drive slow.
If you still have raffle ticket stubs, please turn them in ASAP.

Lastly, please be respectful at the park, we have a lot of visiting families, children, and impressionable minds... please be smart about the way you present yourself.
Jackson Area Youth Baseball Association is a long-established non-profit organization that has been successful due to the incredible support of our community volunteers. We are doing big things at JAYBA and we need your help. We are looking to improve our league in many ways in 2020 and it starts with a couple of extra hands. We need a few more coordinators to round out the Board.

If you are looking for more information about the J-Hawks Select Baseball program, you have come to the right place. The Jackson J-Hawks currently has teams at the U9, U10, U12, U13, & U14 levels. Most of the J-Hawk teams play in the M.A.J.O.R. YBL League, allowing the games to be fairly local for travel. For example, next weekend the U10 team plays in a Menomonee Falls tournament. The season is here, and we are ready to play!!! This week marks the start of JAYBA games at Town Hall and the surrounding communities. If you are new to JAYBA, we host games and concessions Monday - Thursday at Town Hall. Our concession stand starts grilling at 5:00 pm, hot food and concessions available soon after 5:00 pm. We have some new menu items this year including; whole pizza's, mozzarella stix and marinara, and bacon cheeseburgers. We have a large variety of beverages, snacks, and candy - all listed at very reasonable prices. We accept both cash and credit at the stand.
Volunteers - Please check the schedule and make sure you know when you are signed up to help at the concession stand. If you have questions, please email Jamie (email@example.com). We have added several concession shifts to the JAYBA Party on July 13th. If you have not signed up to volunteer and there aren't shifts still available, please talk to the coach about running the scoreboard or speak to Greg about joining the Board. All parents are required to volunteer for 6 hours. Board member kids play for FREE (raffle participation remains a requirement).
Coaches - Please arrive early to your games to make sure everything is ready to go. Umpires report at 5:30 pm, please make sure your umpire is there and ready to go, if you have issues, please email Greg (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please fill in batters boxes, pitching mounds, and other holes created during the game. If you have a rainout, please coordinate directly with the opposing coach to the game rescheduled, if your age level requires an umpire, please coordinate with Greg. It is a good idea to print a copy of the rules so that you have them on-hand during a game, and only the Head Coach should discuss questions with the Umpire.
Players - Please wear your complete uniform, including your hat, shirt, grey pants, and socks. Your shirt should be tucked in and clean, if possible. Please remove all trash and equipment from the bench area after each game. Do not yell or throw a fit on the fields, baseball and softball are a privilege, and poor sportsmanship is never tolerated. If you have issues or concerns with your uniform, please email Greg (email@example.com).
Parents - Please be respectful of the games being played. The players, coaches, and umpires have worked hard to get their teams organized, and the games are meant to be fun. Do not engage is yelling, profanity, or heckling of the umpires, players, or coaches. We want our community to be welcoming to other cities, and we want people to play here, please make everyone feel welcomed. When picking up or dropping off in the turnaround, please try to keep moving, remember no parking in the turnaround, handicapped accessible parking spots are reserved. If you see a fan, coach, or athlete not displaying their best side, email Greg (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Raffle tickets - All raffle tickets must be submitted by May 30th. If you have not picked up your raffle tickets, please retrieve them from the Concession stand. If you have sold your tickets and want to help sell more, please inquire through the concession stand or email Stacey (email@example.com).
Picture Date - Sunday, June 2nd will be the JAYBA Picture day. Pictures will be held at Town Hall Fields. I will be sending out time-slots for each team to report. Team pictures and individual pictures will take no more than 20 minutes per team. Please be on-time and wear your complete uniform for photos.
Brewers Little League Night - Milwaukee Brewers Little League night will be June 25th. Please turn in all forms to the Concession stand; forms are due by May 30th. We prefer checks, but credit cards are accepted.
JAYBA Party - The 3rd Annual celebration will occur on July 13th at 12:00 pm. We will have competitive games for all age levels. The event will include a Player Ceremony, the raffle drawing, and much more. We will have a variety of FREE games and FREE activities available for kids of all ages throughout the day. Concessions and beer will be available. Volunteers are needed, signup through the site.

In just two short weeks the baseball & softball season will begin. We are excited to begin playing games at Town Hall Fields and in the surrounding areas. Baseball & Softball is a privilege and we are proud of the athletes that represent our organization and families. All coaches and athletes will receive this bracelet. Please wear it with pride and represent our Organization in a positive way.

Cancellations - As the season gets started, here is how we plan to handle these events. All games are considered ON if you have not heard from your coach or the league. We will have the fields checked and groomed if playable by 4:00 pm daily. If the fields are unplayable, you will get a notification via the website about the cancellation. If you are not receiving emails now, it is unlikely you will receive these notifications either. Please change your settings to "receive notifications" in your profile. If you have questions, please call your coach after 4:00 pm for an update.
Uniforms - All uniforms have been ordered, and we are awaiting their arrival, once we have them, we will begin distributing information for coaches for pickup.
Raffle Tickets - All tickets can be picked up and turned in at the concession stand throughout the season. If you would like to purchase more tickets, please let Stacey know via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Facilities - Please do not park in the turnaround or in the handicapped accessible parking spaces. Please use the designated garbage and recycling bins. Please pick up your trash and debris after each game. The bathrooms are for our guests, if you see a problem, please let the concession stand workers know so it can be addressed. If you have an injury or someone is hurt on the property, please go to the concession stand for first aid.
Pictures Day- June 2nd at 2:00 pm - Town Hall Fields - we will have time slots for each group and the team pictures

JAYBA Party - The JAYBA Party will be on Saturday, July 13th at Town Hall Fields. We are planning another fun event. The day will include on-field Player recognition ceremony, interleague games, raffle tickets, bounces houses, beer, concessions, kid games, snow cones, and much more. Please plan to attend this event, last year it was a lot of fun, everything is very inexpensive, and it is a great way to cap off the 2019 season — more details to follow.
